There are many web design companies that will promise you the earth but when push comes to shove they very rarely deliver. Most of our clients have come to us with nightmare stories about dealing with such shady companies. It usually starts with a call from someone in a foreign country professing to be a guru web designer. If you already have a website they will point out a number of fictitious reasons why you’re not ranking on the first page of Google. Many of our current clients have fallen victim to this sales pitch and paid the price for it. 

One client in particular had paid the full amount and upon doing so was no longer able to get in contact with the developer. He was also locked out of his unfinished website and unable to retrieve his login details. To make matters worse, he entrusted the web designer to register his domain name and was never given any details of where it was registered or what the login details were. Other clients have reported multiple errors on their sites and a flurry of broken links which definitely doesn’t earn you any brownie points with search engines.
